Onsite childcare in demand!

As parents say… “we have to look to others to care for our precious children when we are at work!”

There has been solid growth in the demand for childcare…both in London and nationally. Studies show that in 2017, 61% of parents put their children in some sort of childcare whilst they are at work and it is only growing. But that’s not the only thing that is changing, how we work is too! Mums are going back to work earlier, the tradition of only one spouse working rarely happens and we no longer working strict 9 to 5 (in most cases), it’s become way more flexible! So, someone tell me why the way we look after our children HASN’T changed too.

Well that is exactly what we are doing at Pop up, Party & Play. We come to wherever you are and we ‘pop up’ and provide a mobile childcare, from 3 hours to 3 weeks! Our flexibility gives parents the best solution to working childcare around their work. What parents really want to give up their hard-earned annual leave to look after crying children over the school holidays?!

PP&P recently popped up over half-term looking after 25 children per day. The parents found the service invaluable, getting extra time with the children in the morning on the train, would pop down to take them for lunch each day and not feeling guilty for forcing them in childcare from 8am to 6pm! One of the members said, “as a working, single Mum childcare during holidays is always a struggle for me so this has been a massive perk.
